Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society is looking forward to seeing you at the 2022 Bluebonnet Expo & Training Challenge. We would like to remind everyone that attendance in person is voluntary and the decision of whether or not to attend is yours.  Depending on what the COVID guidelines are closer to the time of the event, we might be re-evaluating restrictions. Please check back closer to the event for any updates. 

If you are positive for COVID-19, please do not attend the Expo. If you have COVID-19 symptoms, including fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, body aches, headaches, nasal congestion, etc., please do not attend the Expo unless you have taken a COVID-19 antigen or PCR test within 48 hours of the start of the Expo and received a negative result.   Instant self-administered antigen tests, such as the BinaxNow, Ellume, and others are available at retail pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS. PCR tests are available at medical clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies throughout the U.S.A. Antibody tests should not be done, as they cannot distinguish between past and current infections. If you test positive, you should not attend the Expo and follow CDC guidance, as well as consult with your medical provider. 

COVID-19 Protocols at the Expo

·         Attendance in person is voluntary and the decision of whether or not to attend is yours. 

·         Hand sanitizers will be provided at each entrance. Also, hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venue.

·         Modified room set up for vendors to accommodate social distancing.

·         Expo attendees are also asked to self-monitor for potential COVID-19 symptoms. If you have a fever or chills, shortness of breath, cough, muscle or body aches, new loss of sense of taste or smell or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 please do not attend the Expo and follow CDC guidance, as well as consult with your medical provider.
