Because the Bluebonnet Horse Expo & Training Challenge is put on by Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society, a nonprofit horse rescue and welfare organization, we offer both sponsorship and donation options.
Sponsors can be either businesses or individuals who receive benefits in exchange for their sponsorship such as event tickets, advertising, promotion and recognition. Because sponsors receive benefits in exchange for their sponsorship, they are unable to claim the sponsorship as a tax-deductible donation. However, the cost of sponsorships may be considered a business expense, and all sponsors should check with the CPA about how to handle their sponsorship payment. Sponsorships received after September 1 will not be listed in the program or on the Expo shirts but will receive all other sponsorship benefits. Learn more about sponsorship opportunities.

Donors can be either businesses or individuals. They do not receive advertising, promotion, or other sponsor benefits but may receive event tickets, be listed in the Expo program and/or website, and may receive Bluebonnet merchandise in exchange for their donation. Donations are tax-deductible as Bluebonnet is a 501c3, tax-exempt organization (Tax ID: 84-1673775). Learn more about donation opportunities.

The Bluebonnet Horse Expo & Rescue Horse Training Challenge sponsors allow us to put on the best event possible so we can reach more people and raise more money. This helps us help more horses by providing the funds for vet and farrier bills, feed and hay for our horses, and the costs of investigating neglect reports, seizing horses, preparing for court, and more.
When you become a Bluebonnet Horse Expo & Rescue Horse Training Challenge Sponsor, you help horses.
Sponsorships received after September 1 will not be listed in the program or on the Expo shirts but will receive all other sponsorship benefits.

The Bluebonnet Horse Expo & Rescue Horse Training Challenge is our only annual in person event, so its success is critical to our ability to help horses. Donations to the Expo & Challenge drive will allow us to care for formerly abused, neglected, abandoned and unwanted horses at Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society and also take in more horses who need us. Donations received after September 1 will not be listed in the program.
Because we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization (EIN: 84-1673775), donations made to our Expo & Challenge fund are tax-deductible.
