Bluebonnet Horse Expo & Training Challenge Sponsors
The Bluebonnet Horse Expo & Rescue Horse Training Challenge is a one-day horse expo with clinics and demos by equine professionals, many shopping opportunities, horses for adoption, and the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge. The proceeds from the event help the horses of Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society, a nonprofit equine welfare and rescue organization.
The goals of the Expo and Challenge include educating horse lovers on better horse care, finding homes for rescued horses, helping horse lovers and equine professionals such as veterinarians and farriers connect, and showing off what rescue horses can achieve with the Training Challenge competition.

Bluebonnet Horse Expo sponsors allow us to put on a great expo. Funds from sponsorships pay for the cost of facility, cost of advertising, and the myriad expenses that go into putting on a great event. Money raised during the event supports the horses of Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society: it pays vet bills, farrier bills, costs of investigating neglect reports, costs of seizing horses, costs of preparing for court and more. Our goal is to pay all necessary expenses with sponsorships – so that all the money raised the day of the event can go to helping us help horses.

Ad Sizing:
Business card – 2 x 3 (Area=6″)
1/4 page – 2.5.x 4 (area=10″)
1/2 page – 3.5 x 4.75 (Area=16.625″)
Full page – 4.75 x 7.75
Height and width may be adjusted to fit the page layout. In all cases, the resulting area is equivalent to or greater than the baseline listed above.
Please make sure that your ad is correctly sized for the ad size that you paid for or else your ad might have to be resized smaller in order to make it fit in the program.
Accepted Ad File Types:
EPS, PSD, PDF, or PNG.
Please email your ad in EPS, PSD, PDF, or PNG file format in order for your ad to be the best quality in the program.
All ad photos should ideally be 300 DPI and all text should be outlined/converted to curves if possible.

Design your ad yourself with Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, or Affinity Designer.

Hire a graphic designer to design your ad for you. The program designer, Anne-Marie is offering ad design services to sponsors. She charges $100 per ad design. Please email Anne-Marie at equinewebdesigner@outlook.com by August 24th for ad design services.

Sponsor ads must be sent by September 1st, 2024, to be included in the program.
